Credit Application

Shepley Wood Products offers three types of accounts:
We sell to builders and businesses, and will open an account for a homeowner with their builder/contractor's permission. Determination of account eligibility will be made by our sales/credit department upon receipt of a completed application.

Cash Account
This is an account in which payment is made at the time of purchase. Payment must be by either cash, check or charge card.

Two Types of Charge Accounts
We offer two types of accounts, one for Businesses and one for Individuals. On both charge accounts, statements are mailed at the end of each month. Payments received by the tenth of the following month receive a discount. Payments must be received no later that the 25th of the month.
